Playback and Picture options disappear from menu in Chrome browser?

Using HikVision IP camera: DS-2CD2086G2-I with the latest firmware.

Using Chrome, the upper menu at first shows all the options:

And after a few seconds, automatically the 'playback' and 'picture' options disappear:

Any ideas?

What’s available is browser dependent. In Safari I just get Live View and Config. Download and install the latest version of Hikvisions Local Service Components, it may help. Or try another browser. The camera data sheet usually shows the browser compatibility and whether Local Service Components is required.
