Playback working but Live view is not working in iVMS, any solution?

Hello, everyone!

In iVMS software, for remote DVR, playback is working but live view is not working, any solution?

(in Hik-connect mobile app, both working fine)

What is the message you receive on Live View window?
Is this about an Encryption Password?

Actually it will not show any message, it will only take more time without dispalying the camera, and that's not related to internet speed because I am sure it's good on both ends.
