Hi,
I have 6 Hikvision cameras and a Hikvision NVR. Everything is working fine, except the playback function which is working on the NVR but not on iVMS 4200. It used to work but I recently added the 6th camera, put everything in a new group, added the 6th camera on Hikconnect. Not sure if any of that can be a clue, but right now playback won't work on iVMS (latest version). I get the following error: "Main StreamPlayback failed.(No record file found.Check if the stream is configured with recording schedule)". I did check the schedule. I record 24h / 7d. I have lots of free space on my HDD (in the NVR). I tried formatting the HDD, I tried rebooting the NVR. Also the date on the NVR is the current date.
Now I'm stuck, I have no more ideas. I know recording is working because I can view it from the NVR, but it's not working from iVMS.
Any help would be appreciated!
