Please help, Tenma Ipc tester with axis cameras

Hi, please help as I'm going crazy. I have an IPC tester by tenma and it refuses to recognise the login and password. I can ping it, I can see ip address and the dchp servers address. I can access it via chrome and every other thing. It is only axis. All other cameras work and I'm doing nothing different.
