Was just looking for some advice really. I’ve installed 3 5MP POC Hik Turrets.

I’m happy with the day time images but the night time ones are really poor.

I just can’t see what I’m missing. Has anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this?

Oddly, the symptoms look like the effects of internal IR reflection, something we have never seen with IP camera turrets.
As we don't sell any co-ax/analogue devices we are not familiar with that camera, maybe the IR arrangement is not so well designed and IR is able to reflect internally.
As I say, we are not familiar with that camera's construction, do you disassemble it to install it?
Might the cover not have been fitted/aligned properly when the installation was completed?

Is it possible to run the camera and IR with the glass cover removed?
In that way you can test whether the issue is actually IR internal reflection.
