Port forwarding problems on Sky router

Hi all,

has anyone come across issues with port forwarding on Sky Routers. Not the Sky Q Hub, the small white ones. SR101 Model number.

i have tried most things I can think of but the ports just don’t open when I check on a port checker Website?
