Hi I'm new in this forum
I Use iVMS-4200 2.0.0.12 to configure my Hikvision camera's
And i receive alarms on intrusion-events
But, the video i see does only show when a person in the middle of the area, no pre-record time visible
Where do i configure the pre-record time, so i see the person already before entering the area ?
In Storage Schedule, pre camera, in Advanced setting, I have put pre-record to 30 sec, but not result
What should i do ?
