problem Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1 and DS-KH8350

Hi everyone, I have some issue with my HIK Setup.
The Door bell doen't work anymoere.
As soon I push the door bell, it says it is not connected.

All other things work fine.
- connection over iVMS-4200 (incl. setup)
- I can connect from DS-KH8350 to DS-KD8003 (see Picture and hear sound)
- Can open the door via DS-KH8350 and HIK Connect APP
- entrance over keypad

Has someone an idea or a hint where I get support with my issue?

Hi @pancho

It could potentially be an iVMS-4200 compatibility issue as I just noticed an important note in the download portal folder for the latest modular intercom firmware. (this firmware is also slightly newer than what you are currently running and fixes some issues so maybe worth updating as well)

Latest version of iVMS-4200 can be found here - iVMS-4200 V3.4.0.10_E
