Firmware Problem with 2CD2643G2-IZS Firmware Update?

Hi!, I upgrade two cameras to firmware 5.7.10 220720, but my cameras stop working.. it's a 2CD2643G2-IZS and what I notice is that stop sending image to the NVR and it's restarting every 5-10 minutes. So looking the configurations, I have notice this:

And if I try to upgrade to the new 5.7.10 220830 I get this:

Hope someone could help me.

Thanks for your reply, and yes I did, and it gave me the same error "Failed to get Upgraded Status"... i have also try putting on a computer solarwinds TFTP with the digicap.dav while I unplung the camera from the PoE Switch, givin to the PC the IP 192.0.0.128 and 192.168.1.128... but it didn't work out. I try from other PC using TFTP Client from windows and i can get the file from both IP addresses

Okay, It is not something we have seen from anyone else updating to this firmware.

The only other thing we can think to try would be to first reboot the camera and try the firmware downgrade again.

If that doesn't work then you may have to hard reset the camera and try setting it up from scratch.

Ok, now I check on other cameras (same model)... they have the firmware 5.5.102_200819... so When i did the upgrade was direct to 5.7.10_220720... problably that was the problem.. now I try to downgrade to every version of firware I found on UK portal with the Batch App.

I can say this, with versions 5.5.111 and 5.5.800 it says "version of upgrade file mismatches" and when I try with 5.7.X it says upgrade fail :'(... I'm about to lose hope
