Door Entry Problem with Access Control DS-K2801 connected to a ProxPoint Plus 6005 HID?

I have an Access Control ("DS-K2801") and it is connected to a card reader ("ProxPoint Plus 6005 HID" ).

The connection to the access control is functioning well, and the reader does send life signals (when I swipe a card, it beeps).

The issue is that when trying to register a new user and retrieve the card number, the reader does not return the card's information (in the card number space, nothing appears after clicking 'read').

Hi, you set wiegand correctly? Wiegand 26/34 in controller is correctly set? It will beep because it has power and you use right card frequency. But it doesn't mean it commnunicate with controller.

I am uncertain about this matter. Hikvision AC does offer the functionality to establish a custom Wiegand configuration; however, I am unsure which parameters should be set for 26-bit 009P cards.

Don't choose custom wiegand. Try with 26 bit or 34 bit.
