My alarm wants to update to the latest version 1.3.0 241129. The problem is that it is stuck at 0%.

In addition, the current version displayed, 1.3.0 241115 IS NOT the one that the panel currently has. According to the website, the version installed is 1.2.9 build 231207.

Now I can't log in through the android app. It says that the device has no connection. The sim card does not detect it and the wifi is failing.

Where can I get the 1.3.0 build 241129 update? Apparently Hikvision does not update its firmware list on the web and you cannot manually download that build.

I was able to solve the problem. I had to create an account on Hik-Partner and register as Support. From my alarm settings I had to give it access to that account as "remote administrator". From Hik-Partner I could see the firmwares, download them and install them manually.
Now, the error I have that started everything was that the SIM card is not detected. The Wifi is also failing.

I had the same problem when upgrading to version 1.3. 0 build 241115. I searched and downloaded firmware 1.2.9 on hik partner pro and downgraded manually from pc browser, it works fine now but it says sim card has been removed all the time. Now the funny thing is that in system settings it says i have version 1.2.9 but when updating it tells me that i currently have version 1.3.0 build 241115 but that it needs to be updated to build 241129 but, like you, it doesn't go past 0%. Hope hik can soon release a version that fixes all this.

I have good news for you. I was able to solve the problem that the Sim card was not detected. What I did was disconnect the power and let the battery drain all day until it shuts down.
The next day I turned the power back on and apparently that reset everything. As soon as I connected it, the system sent me an alert via SMS. Now the device is updated to version 241129 (the latest) and the Sim card works perfectly.

same sim error after updation...hik connect app shows icon to update even after updating..and most frustrating is their is no silent alarm option for smoke detector after update. I can't make everyone panic by siren for false alarms.

Thanks for the advice, I did the same thing of letting the battery drain but when I connected it, it didn't update to the latest version, nor did it eliminate the SIM error. Maybe because I downgraded previously.

Maybe my only way to fix it would be to update to the latest version manually, But I can't find firmware build 241129 online.

If you still have your HikParnerPro account, you can manually download the update. That was the way I did it. Download the HikPartner phone app, log in, and there you can see your device with a red arrow pointing up. This indicates that an update is available. Don't update it from there. There is another tab that says FIRMWARES or something like that. There will be a link to download it manually. You copy that link and open it from a PC. I remember it is update 1.3 build 241115. After that you can automatically update to the latest 241129.
By the way, if you cannot see your device from the Hik Partner Pro app, it is because you must authorize the PartnerPro account from the HikConnect user application.

To me, the latest version available to download at HikPartner Pro is 1.2.9, the same I downgrade manually. Does the newest one appear to you? 1.3.0 build 241205?

I just realized that our devices are not the same model. That's why the updates are different. Mine is DS-PWA64 and yours is DS-PWA48.

I understand that the DS-PWA64 and the DS-PWA96 share the same firmware, but not the 48. An update just came out for my device, 1.3 build 241205.

I just did a search for your model and there is an update 1.4.6 build 240627 for you.

It's confusing though, because the build number is supposed to be the release date. It says 1.4 build 240627, but version 1.3 says build 241129. I would recommend that you download 1.4 and try it.
