Problems configuring microSD card recording with a ds-2cd2443g0-iw

Hi everyone,

I had a friend who needed security for an event so i helped him by giving two ds-2cd2443g0-iw with microsd 32Gb
I setup normaly (format , continus recording, ect .. )
Now i try to recover the video but , it still says "no record file"
But the file are on the MicroSd, i'm getting mad, i have try :
Reboot computer
Run internet explorer has admin
IVS-4200 remote playback
Hikvision's Vsplayer version (says invalid files), both on microsSD and with a copy of files on my hard disk
hik vision backup tools
Upgrade the firmware of one camera, use a new microsd, make new record, same issue
Search the forum and web , ect ..
i'm out of idea , anyone can help me ?

This is very strange, we have never seen such difficulties with MicroSD card recording.

Can you share some screenshots please of the Schedule settings and Storage management, also can I confirm you are definitely running the latest firmware for this camera model - Firmware v5.6.3
