Problems configuring RTMP to live stream my Hikvision IP camera to YouTube?

After following a tutorial on YouTube to the letter, I still can't get this camera to work when I try streaming to YouTube. The issue is still within the camera and trying to upload the RTMP firmware.

Device Model
DS-2CD2386G2-ISU/SL
Firmware Version
V5.7.18 build 240826Upgrade

Encoding Version
V7.3 build 240801

Web Version
V5.1.117_R0101 build 240824

I've tried EVERYTHING and have spent 3 days trying to get it up and running. I can see the picture/audio if I use a browser so no problem there. The problem is trying to get the RTMP tab to appear.

Any advice would be most welcomed. I've contacted HikVision who refused to help. Thank you.

An Update: The update you provided has given the RTMP section on the camera. I am now having issues trying to get the picture to appear on my YouTube feed.
This is a screen capture of what I'm looking at, am sure it's just a simple click something and it will work but don't know what! Any advice is most welcomed. All I want to do is live stream my garden. Thank you.

Did you factory restore after upgrading firmware? You should have a another input to insert youtube stream code.

In the url you need to combine both url + key from youtube,

so its looks like

rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2/1111-AAAA-2222-bbbb-3333

RTMP.png

As you can see it works. I used the same firmware on test camera

Is the gateway and DNS correctly set? Does the Platform access says Online - Meaning it got access to internet?

Other than that i have just tested on DS-2CD2663G2-IZS (C) and it worked without any trouble.

Only thing that might block you if your youtube studio is opened for the first time and you need to wait to be authorized from youtube to stream(24h)

Also in Security tab, set RTSP digest/basic and save.

Other than that there is nothing else.

- WHERE CAN I FIND THIS?

- NEVER HAD TROUBLE BEFORE BUT THAT WAS USING A LAPTOP CAMERA

Also in Security tab, set RTSP digest/basic and save.
- YES THIS IS DONE

Thank you for your help. I know it's only something simple if I can find it.

Ok your camera does not have access to internet or its being blocked. Hence RTMP wont work

Check if your gateway is rightly set as well DNS

Okay, when you are connected on same network with your computer. If its a windows machine open Command Prompt and type "ipconfig"

If you are connected wirelessly look under wireless adapter this next informations

ipv4 address:
Default Gateway address
Subnet mask

Now lets say your ipv4 address is 192.168.1.28 and mask is 255.255.255.0 and gateway is 192.168.1.1

Your camera should be on ip address 192.168.1.2-253(and not 28) subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and gateway 192.168.1.1

DNS you can add google dns 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4 for secondary

You can find this information inside camera under Network - Basic - TCP/IP

ok write in dns

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Then after a minute go to platform access check if its online
