Hi all, I’ve been having issues with this for a while now. Current setup is;
2 x DS-2DE4A425IW-DE
2 x DS-2CD2365G1-I
1 x DS-7604NI-K1(B) 2TB
ISP is Virgin Media 200mb using Superhub 3.0
Cams connected directly to NVR via PoE and on H.265.
One thing I noticed is that after getting this error on the app is that if I try to access the NVR via web browser it will give a network abnormal error. Also, when logging in to the NVR directly it will crash completely.
I did try rolling back to an earlier NVR firmware as suggested by another forum member but that did not help.
Initially I was having this error come up 4-5 times a day when trying to view event playback and it would only resolve itself with an NVR reboot.
I have since lowered the resolution of the cameras to 1080p frame rate to 10fps and bitrate to 2048. This has brought the error down to only once a day now.
Has anyone had any luck with resolving this error?
