Hik-Connect "Program exception. The mobile client is about to restart"?

Hi I have just started to get this when I try to record A VIDEO on my Samsung phone. I can press record and when you press stop that message comes up and does not store the video. If I take a PHOTO I get the same but it does store the photo, any ideas THANKS

Is your camera recording to an NVR, or just to a microSD card inside it?
Could you please confirm the model of the camera (and NVR if recording one)?

I have the same problem, i have the cameras are recording to a different NVRs ref DS-8664NI-I8; DS-7216HQHI-F2; DS-7204HUHI.
My android version is: V13
And hik-connect version : V5.2.0.0426

Try the newest version of Hik-Connect, which you can update to here :)
