PTZ challenges

Hi

Please, I need help with my hikvision ptz camera that has started showing video signal. After troubleshooting i discovered the lens the fault. Do I need upgrade the camera's firmware.

Please your suggestions will be appeciated

I can't quite make out the model number from your photo.
You should be able to find the latest firmware for it at the Hikvision download portal(s).
You should keep all of your Hikvision kit up to date with the latest firmware from the portals.
Try that and see whether it resolves your problems.
If not, it's probably best to contact your reseller.
