"PTZ failed. Error Code libHCNetSDK.dylib[29]" (Device operation failed.) in iVMS-4200 on iMac?

I keep getting this message in iVMS-4200 v1.02.03.02 on my iMac, - "Hikvision PTZ Failed Error Code libHCNetSDK.dylib[29]". The video is OK and I receive event notifications HIK-Connect ok, so don't know what it means. Can anyone explain the error code please? The Network Camera is a DS-2CD2385G1-l

Very odd, as the camera model you cite is not even a PTZ - do you have any PTZs on your system?

Thank you for responding. I have 4 cameras on the system and none of them are PTZ cameras but I'm still getting that error code on one of the cameras.
