I see this is a common issue with Hikvision kit which is disappointing! So, a few months of perfect IVMS IOS app alerts with no issues. Nothing changes and they suddenly stop.
I've tried everything I can including a complete factory reset of the NVR and 4 camera's but still no alerts. The random thing is the NVR is logging the alerts in the log file and if I use the IVMS windows app but no push notifications are going out via Hik-Connect or IVMS-4500 IOS app.
Any ideas?
