I have a qvis ony-x system that seems to be working well.
However, yesterday (5/11/23) the Explorer app stopped working.
I reinstalled the app and while it seems to find the system ok, it then starts to search for the channel name. “Getting channel name”, but fails with a message “Unknown error code 100000”.
Never had a problem before and nothing was changed on the system.
Any help would be gratefully received.
