Recommendations for new cams, please!

Hi, everyone
I'd like to upgrade my cctv cams because my current kit has low specs... I'm looking for a camera model/Kit that support:

• 1080p (I think it should be enough)
• Audio input
• Optical zoom if possible
• PTZ capabilities, (optional)
• Prefereably wired

Or if you have any recomendations I'll be glad to know!
