Record to SD Card and NVR Simultaneously

Hi there,

I’ve got an HIKVISION system DS 2CD 2355 FWD and DS 2CD 2442 FWD cameras going through an HIKVISION NVR.

If I install sd cards in the cameras can I get it to record on these simultaneously as well as the NVR?

Will they do this automatically or will I have to set it up to record on both?

For each of my Hikvision cameras I record intrusion detection events to sd card and continuous record to nvr all at the same time.
