I have 3 DVRs, they have recording problem.
The first one: No recording is displayed until DVR is restarted. and after restarting and the old records are not found : Ref: DS-7216HGHI-SH firmware: V3.3.2 build 160314
The second: I activated the motion recording it works but after about 5 days, the recordings are stopped : Ref: DS-7204HUHI-K1 firmware: V4.20.001 build 220426
The third: No recordings appeared until the DVR was restarted and the old records are found : Ref: DS-7208HUHI-K1 firmware: V4.25.001 build 201107
For the second and the third: I changed the hard drive, and the DVR power supply, the problem wasn't fixed.
