I have a Hikvision AX Pro DS-PM1-O1L-WE Wireless Relay Module. I want to connect my fire alarm’s output to it so that ax pro detects fire.
I connected power adaptor. It is all added as a device. That part worked.
My fire alarm has the outputs in the picture. I assumed if i connected aux NO to tamper + and aux C to tamper -, it should just work. It didnt.
I tried switching to normally closed setting. Naturally ax pro alarm went off. then wiring tamper + and tamper - assuming that it will close the circuit. It didn’t.
What am i missng? Is there some voltage that must be applied as well?
