Hi all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
I'm trying to help someone who has recently installed 2 x Reolink battery operated doorbell's with chimes.
The home setup is a simple flat network LAN (192.168.x.x etc) via Virgin Media ISP and everything is connected to a Virgin Media superhub.
The doorbells are located at the front and rear of the property, no issues with wifi strength etc.
The issue appears to be with push notifications. The doorbells appear to operate as normal when connected to the LAN at home ie door Chimes (iPhone is on the same subnet as the doorbells) but when the user is away from the property, push notifications from the doorbell are not pushing to the iPhone (for example, when using 5G data).
Troubleshooting steps taken so far:
Build number of doorbell: 25082501
Hardware ver: DB_560MIXDB32M35DBB14M
Config: v3.0.0.0
Firmware: v3.0.0.5298_25082501
Module: 0821_1450_8150
Detail: DB_560MIXDB32M35DBB14MPS31ED04G
Is there anything we're missing in regards to the remote setup of said devices? This is a basic overview of the problem. I'm happy to provide as much information as possible.
Thanks all

Troubleshooting steps taken so far:
- Full hard reset of doorbell devices
- Ensured Reolink iOS app is up to date and that the iPhone is running the latest iOS
- Ensured push notifications are turned on in the iPhone Reolink app
- Checked firewall on the router
- Ensured no VPNs etc are running, anti-virus disabled.
