Replace rj45 block

Hi on the back of my nvr were the rj45 blocks go in if I slightly touch or knock the wires on the back the camera or cameras will go off and I have to unplug said camera and try again
The ir lights are on on the camera but says no ip camera connected
So I think maybe poor rj45 blocks or something like that
So I think I might replace them with more quality ones can anyone recommend any good quality blocks

Does any ones else have this problem thanks.

It tends to be issues with the termination of the RJ45 connectors rather than the quality of the connectors.
