Replacement Colour cameras

I’m looking at replacing my old colour/B&W cameras to full colour and hopefully a much higher resolution. Has anyone any ideas as to.

Can you please confirm the model numbers of the recorder & cameras you currently have?

I thought it would be a simple as to just changing the camera’s. Clearly not, it sounds like I might be better of buying another kit (4 cameras and a recorder unit) but this time making sure they can produce a high quality image and colour both day and night
