RTMP Issue with DS-2CD2347G2-LU

I have a DS-2CD2347G2-LU Camera and have installed the RTMP firmware, I did this last year and tested it. It worked as it should.

It no longer works, Im unable to stream to YouTube. No network settings have changed and no configuration changes have been made.

I have reflashed the firmware, Checked and checked again the RTMP url and Key from youtube, I have restarted the device, I have changed the audio settings as per Hikvisions guidance on RTMP for youtube.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Paul2021

Are you using H.264 encoding and have you set the stream that you are using (main or sub stream) to Video & Audio in the camera's video settings?

Make sure the settings are all exactly the same as those shown in this video:

Are you using the newer V5.5.800 RTMP firmware?

Yes I followed this video, and I have all the correct settings, I looked out Hikvisions PDF on also. Nothing seems to work, I can use OBS to stream but I want to go dirrectly from the cam and not through a pc running man in the middle software.

Got it sorted, It was a rule in the firewall blocking the return TCP data stream from youtube to the cam.
