I have a problem viewing missed calls on the VTH monitor. If they ring at the intercom (VTO) and I'm not at home, when I return I see the missed call on the VTH, I click on the icon and the list of missed calls is displayed. If I click on one of them, instead of viewing who knocked, a live conversation opens with the VTO. I have a memory card on both the VTO and the VTH. I have enabled recording on both. In fact, from DMSS I can see who knocked by clicking on the notification, but I still can't do it from the VTH. Can you suggest a solution?
