Sound in app but no sound on PC ivms-4200

Hi all,

I've had the hik-connect app on my phone for a while working well, picture and audio.

Just loaded ivms-4200 on my PC, and linked via hik connect to the camera.

Image is fine but the speaker icon is disabled so no audio. I've checked the obvious settings but I'm probably making a real rookie error, perhaps someone can point me in the right direction?
