Storage HDD error message - "For the memory card or HDD that is abnormal or unformatted, please insert again, change a card, or format the card"?

Has anyone had the following error with no known cause? "For the memory card or HDD that is abnormal or unformatted, please insert again, change a card, or format the card. "

All my disks are showing as normal. They have been initialized etc. They are set to R/W.

NVR = Hikvision DS-9664NI-M8
Disks = Seagate ST10000VE001 SkyHawk AI 10TB SATA

If I acknowledge the error, it comes back when you refresh the screen.

From where I sit, it's more an "informational" message vs error message.
AFAIK, the HIK webUI developers are just blindly putting a static message on the screen.

My DS-7616NI-M2 @ V5.03.020 build 240904 has the same screen. My disk drives are fine. No doubt yours are too.
