Streaming with HD - error code 8200?

Hello,

I have 8 channel NVR and five 4MP cameras. I have problem with remote streaming. The cameras work fine on fluent quality but when I switch to clear on my iPhone they try to adjust streaming and gets stuck on adjust streaming. Sometimes the error code 8200 comes up. They record fine and work fine otherwise.
Any advise is appreciated
 
Are you using Hik-Connect?
Does the NVR site have a good internet uplink?
 
Hey, Thank you for replying.

I’m using both hik-connect and ivms. On hik connect cameras only work in basic quality and they do not work in HD. In ivms they only work in fluent quality and not in clear. The strange thing is that they work at the night time in HD.
My uplink is 30 MBS so I do not think that’s an issue.
I have Hikvision set up in 4 different places and this kind of problem I have first time.
Also I noticed that remote playback works in HD. Problem is live view
