I have a hilook ptz camera that i have been viewing on my windows laptop with no problems - now i can`t.
I keep getting a brief window down in the right corner of the view screen that says "live view failed - error code open sdk31002 access token exception or expired. Log into hilook vision account again."
Any ideas?
