Suddenly I can't view my HiLook ptz - camera is offline?

I have a hilook ptz camera that i have been viewing on my windows laptop with no problems - now i can`t.

I keep getting a brief window down in the right corner of the view screen that says "live view failed - error code open sdk31002 access token exception or expired. Log into hilook vision account again."

Any ideas?

Is this on iVMS-4200?

Looking at previous threads about that error code, it seems as though updating to a newer version of the program should get things working again:
