Suitable DVR for DS-2CE72KF0T-FS(2.8mm) 3K cameras?

can anyone please advise me on this, i purchased a few of the DS-2CE72KF0T-FS(2.8mm) 3K fixed lens ColorVu turret cameras a while ago and never could get them to work on the dvrs i purchased at the time , could anyone please tell me what dvr would be compatible with these cameras so i can see a image thanks

Have the same cameras and they are working fine on my DVR - 4-Ch 5MP Hikvision DVR IDS-7204HUHI-M1/FA(C)

It will be because your DVR is on older firmware that doesn't support the 3K format. Update your DVR firmware to the latest version and you should be good to go so long as your DVR was still receiving firmware updates when that model was released.
