I have the following installed at my home:
  1. 1 X DS-KH6320-TE1, V2.1.34 build 211118
  2. 2 X DS-KD8003-IME1, V2.2.52 build 211126
The system was installed about a year ago and has been working well.

I have just updated the firmware to the latest revisions downloaded from the Hikvision website. The installed firmware versions are noted above.

I now have an issue that the door unlock function on one of the gates is now not working. Both units are configured exactly the same, with I/O Output1 set to Electric Lock.

For unit 1, when I select the unlock command from Hik-Connect or the indoor station, the unit speaks “the door is open”, and the solenoid lock is released.

For unit 2, when I select the unlock command from Hik-Connect or the indoor station, the unit does not speak at all, and the solenoid lock does not release.

Does anybody have any ideas what could be wrong?
 
I’m assuming you have 2 outdoors and 1 indoor station. Have you tried to register both again to the indoor? As far as I remember the registering procedure changed with one of the latest firmware and I had to redo the whole registering process to get it working again.
