The AXIS P3267-LVE camera does not seem to fit the T94T01D pendant kit?

I have an AXIS P3267-LVE camera FIXED DOME CAMERA and an AXIS T94T01D PENDANT KIT but they don't seem to want to adjust even though they are compatible according to the axis website, what could it be?

Have you looked at the Installation Guide for this kit?

Page 9 of the guide seems to suggest that when installing the P32 cameras to this pendant mount you need to fit a ring over the camera that appears to cover this part of the mount.

This kit is the AXIS T94T01D not the T94K01D

Apologies, the T94K01D is the current mount for the P32 cameras, the T94T mount you have is now EOL.

Did you follow these Installation instructions?

They show the plate from inside the dome being mounted to the pendant mount, then the camera & dome cover being fixed to the pendant, before finally a protective cover comes down over the whole mount as shown below:

If it is actually the case that you think the dome & mount are not lining up correctly/leaving a gap then there might be a fault with either the bracket or the camera and we would recommend speaking directly to AXIS support to see if they can identify the issue because we have never actually been hands-on with this combination of camera & mount.
