The camera names that I set always revert to the factory settings?

I have an issue with name in NVR.
When I change the camera name, in the next day the cameras name is back to the factory setting?
I use a ds-9632ni-i16 NVR and the firmware V4.61.030 build 240123

Please guys help me to fix the problem,

Where are you changing the camera name? On what device and in which setting page?

In NVR
the device is hikvision ds-9632ni-i16
on OSD setting

I don't have the same NVR but usually you can set what you want shown on the OSD and that would normally work. But if your NVR is ignoring your OSD settings then the only way I know of changing the Camera/Channel name is on the NVR native interface (NOT the NVR web-based interface).

On my NVRs I have never found a way to change the name on the NVR web interface.
