Indoor station: DS-KH6320-WTE Firmware V2.2.12 Build 230408

Last year I had power cut, since that My Door station and Indoor station do not communicate anymore. I spent lot of time trying to fix them but until now have not succeeded
Issues:
call from indoor station = operation failed
unlock from indoor station =Unlocking failed
All device are online in IVMS-4200 has you can see network status Offline Offline reason : register failed
when I edit device I do not know Registration password
I got on last picture indoor station error on top corner
So, if someone can help please?
