The speed camera

I am working as Security Project Engineer in one of Sea Port .Currently we running the security system in traditional analogue environment and we have some idea that to install a speed camera at the Port. I need kind advice that on the :

1) Brand of speed camera
2) The infrastructure which needed for the camera installation
3) The work layout -how the camera is working

If you guys know any website, please highlight to me and its really great help for my project proposal

I would say about the website owner in london, they had designed the website specially for all types of cctv camera and surveillance. If you interested in it they may install the equipment at where you really needed.
