Hi all,

I don't know if anybody could help me out but I have added one extra camera today to my HiWatch system NVR, there are two HiWatch 2mp Cams already installed on PoE switch in annex. Today I added another camera 2mp, but it is HiLook and not on PoE switch and just goes straight into the back of the NVR. Everything is working fine apart from the time and date on the two HiWatch cams have now turned large and the HiLook time and date is normal size (please see attached pic). Also I have noticed the NVR has warning symbol which states D1 "Resolution or bitrate of substream not supported". P.s everything still streams and records OK. D1 is one of the HiWatch Cams already installed...

Many Thanks

Neal T

Sorry, we have never been hands-on with HiWatch / HiLook.

Step 1 would be to check that all the devices are using the latest available firmware.
In case Hikvision have released an update that resolves this issue.

If the cameras are recording at different resolutions, that will also cause the text to be larger etc on some cameras compared to others.
