Hik-Connect Trouble logging in to the 4500 App?

I have been able to log in to my Hikvision 4500 system on the app but now every time I enter my account name and password I just get the message "please log in first". I have reinstalled the app and reset my password but still keep having the same issue

Hikvision replaced the 4500 App with Hik-Connect several years ago - perhaps they have finally brought it to end of life?

Hi Phil, thanks so much, just downloaded the Hik Vision app and accessed the CCTV immediately. Dont know why I didn't try that in the first place!
