Tvi 8mp camera crashing

I’ve got a job which probably ended up with the one of the first batch of 8mp cameras and recorders. I’ve got one camera that keeps crashing and losing video. It is still transmitting video but just a black signal at the correct resolution. The low res output from the camera still works but it needs to be rebooted to clear the issue. It can occur after a day or 6 weeks but is a pain in the backside. Anyone else come across this problem.

Sorry, no experience at all with TVI.
Maybe swap to another position to disprove cable DVR port etc. and if it persists contact Hikvision Tech Support.
