Unable to activate Open Network Video Interface (ONVI)

Hi,
I am unable to activate ONVI on my 3 Hikvision DS-2CD2086G2-IU which are all running the latest firmware V5.5.150 build 200927.
I always receive the message that I am not able to perform this action (no permission).
I am logged in as an Operator, and I cannot change my permissions.
This is the only account I have, and I have no idea how to add another user which maybe has more permissions.
What can I do?

I suspect you may need an admin account to make the change.
It's quite rare for people to use anything less TBH.
Presumably somebody set that Operator account up for you, and they have admin access e.g. your installer.
You will need to speak to them.

Or, 'Plan B' reset the camera(s) and start again with an admin account.

I used the tool SADP to create an admin account for that change.
