Unable to add linkage rule from hik-partner pro?

Hello

I am want to create linkage rules between nvr, intercom and ac pro. I am opening the site on hik-partner pro app. Going to the linkage rule tab. None of the devices listed. Nothing seems to be linkable. Is there any config to make them be available for linkage rule?
