I'm probably going to anwser my own question here however just wondering if anyone else has expereinced the same?
I have a DS-7616NI-I2-16P-16Ch NVR running latest firmware connected to Netgear router (based in Australia) V7610 is ISP rebranded modem from Netgear.
Gateway ip is 192.168.15.X > Nvr ip is 192.168.15.X
subnet matches
have done port forwarding on modem
however cannot connect to NVR via web browser or cannot ping nvr via cmd and cannot ping gateway from nvr.
Can view cameras fine via Hik Connect app, however trying to install ivms on clients computer and want longer then 5 mintue viewing and obivusly want the system setup correctly.
Last resort is factory reset?
