Unable to Upgrade Firmware on NVR

I am struggling to upgrade the firmware on one of my NVR's. They're both DS-7608NI-I2/8P and I upgraded the first one reasonably smoothly, but on the second one I am unable to get the web interface to browse for the new firmware. If I click on the Update button on the Basic Information tab I get a message that I'm already on the latest version. I click on the "Browse" button on the Upgarde & Maintenance tab but nothing happens. I've tried rebooting to no avail. Any suggestions on how I could either get the Browse button to work or an alternative method for upgrading the firmware?

Try this:

Run Internet Explorer as an administrator

@rabbit sorry to jump on your post but what @Phil has posted regarding running IE as an administrator may have just solved an issue I have been frustratingly experiencing... virtual host disabling itself and camera smart event settings disappearing despite being saved several times.
