Unbinding on HiLook NVR

Hi guys,

I've tried to search everywhere for this and can't seem to find how to unbind an NVR from its original previous guest/email/mobile device

From what I've read, this part of the menu should have an unbind button on Hik-Vision GUI. HiLook doesnt seem to have this.

We don't have any experience with HiLook systems, but with Hikvision you Unbind from Hik-Connect using SADP so I would recommend trying this. (although I am not sure if SADP support HiLook as well as Hikvision or whether there is a HiLook version of SADP)
