Updated Firmware For My NVR DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P /4G

Hello - I'm struggling to find any updated firmware that will work for an NVR I just purchased in the UK. It was shipped with V3.4.104 build 191118 but there doesn't appear to be any trace of that firmware version on the Hikvision portals.

I have tried all of the K2 variants here but I get an upgrade (mismatch) error - it might be that this isn't a standard K2 NVR since it has the 4G sim card option but the current firmware is a little buggy and doesn't seem to allow me to add my NAS.

The model is "DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P/4G"

Any help appreciated...

On the Hikvision EU portal, the latest firmware for the 4G NVRs is v4.30.200

Ok Thanks - yes that looks like it should be the right one in theory.

I tried using v4.30.200 from that page and they all just give an "upgrade failed" error on the web UI. Tried using the batch config tool and also putting the digicap.dav file onto a usb stick and upgrading locally on the NVR but that also fails with a version mismatch error.

The model and firmware listed on the device are as follows - interestingly the firmware version here does not appear on any of the Hikvision sites for download.

Ruled out local issues on my PC as the cameras firmware all upgraded fine.

Any other thoughts on whether this model requires a different firmware variant?
