Door Entry Upgrade firmware DS-KV8113-WME1(B)?

Hello everyone,

I have an external HIKVISION DS-KV8113-WME1(B) intercom unit with firmware V2.2.53 Build 220108.
I cannot access the tftp Hikvision server using the address 192.0.0.65 which is the ip address from the device.

None of the passwords match. Is the device locked and should I request a RESET PASSWORD?

I can't access the device either through iVMS-4200, SDPTool and HIK-connect.

I would like to know if I can use the TFTP tool to upgrade to the new firmware version V2.2.53 Build 220816?
Does TFTool work with cameras that have IP 192.0.0.64?

If it doesn't work that way, how can I upgrade the external station without accessing the network because the device is constantly offline.

I live in Croatia.

Hi.
I am using PoE power supply. I solved it by asking Hivision (the local distributor) to reset the password, after which I could access the web interface and change the IP address.
