Upgraded firmware but old GUI

Hello all.

I have just upgraded my DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P to the latest V4.22.005 build 191208 firmware, However i was expecting the new GUI but it's the old one still.
Should it be upgraded to the new one or is this NVR stuck on the V3 GUI?

The upgrade looks like it has taken as there are a few different menus etc, but i still have to use IE to view live cameras so i'm not sure it's completely taken or not.
It says web version is V4.0.1 build 191120

The NVR GUI (directly connected to TV or monitor) should be radically different if you came from ver3.
The webGUI will look similar. With Chrome, download the LocalServiceComponents plugin seen here:

Close all browsers and install it.
That may enable features not available in IE11.
