UPNP Reports every 5 min

First post from a technically inept person so please be kind

I have just installed a couple of Hik cameras and the HVR 4 software. Have managed to set up email notifications of “over the line“ that work well but also somehow set it so that I get a “Embedded Net DVR: UPNP Reports“ automatically generated from my DVR Every 5 minutes!!

Any suggestions on how to stop it would be much appreciated.
